Join us Thursday, December 1st at 6pm for The WAVES Reading Series featuring Chloe Caldwell and Tia Clark.
THE WAVES is a reading series for LGBTIQ writers in New Orleans.
Chloe Caldwell is the author of The Red Zone: A Love Story and three other books: the essay collection I’ll Tell You in Person, the critically acclaimed novella, WOMEN and Legs Get Led Astray. Chloe’s essays have appeared in The New York Times, Bon Appétit, The Cut, Longreads, Vice, Nylon, The Rumpus, Catapult and more. Her essay “Hungry Ghost” was listed as Notable in 2017 Best American Non Required Reading. She lives in Hudson, NY with her family.
Tia Clark’s fiction has appeared in Joyland, The Kenyon Review, American Short Fiction, The Offing, Fourteen Hills, and elsewhere. They have received fellowships and awards from Ledig House, The Fine Arts Work Center, the Lambda Literary Foundation, The Elizabeth George Foundation, the Wisconsin Institute for Creative Writing, and elsewhere. A native New Yorker, they teach and write in New Orleans.
